What does wellbeing mean to you? We’re going to explore many different aspects during our first World WellBeing Week this week … and as it’s the weekend, we’re going to start with relaxation … Take some time out for you, today and every day, it’s really important! No matter how busy a life you lead, or how many people are dependent on you, you need to make time for you. In fact, the busier you are and the more people you have relying on you at home and at work, the MORE important it is to your health and wellbeing to carve out time for YOU.
How you do this will depend on your own preferences, some of us love to do nothing, some go running, spend time in nature, walk on the beach, play sport, go fishing … others spend time alone, or with family and friends. You might like to meditate, read, binge watch the latest box set, listen to some music, or catch a good film, the choice is absolutely yours.
