Written exclusively by experts, the New Year edition of WellBeing World magazine focuses on the theme of gratitude and appreciation.  Said to be ‘the cornerstone of society, evident since the beginning of time’, ‘the healthiest of all human emotions’, and ‘the most powerful creative force in the universe’, the theme of gratitude and appreciation has been chosen by the local Channel Islands based health and wellbeing magazine to provide health, happiness and inspiration to its readers.
