Sponsored by HSBC and Mourant Ozannes, the conference will feature key note speeches from prominent speakers, thought-leaders, health practitioners and local Ministers.

Hosted by WellBeing At Work, the conference is geared towards all forward thinking business leaders, directors, NEDs, people managers and HR professionals. It will cover a whole list of poignant topics including; Employee Health and Wellbeing, The Multi-Generational Workforce, Benefits and Pitfalls of Technological Advances, Diversity in the Workplace, and much, much more.

Transforming The Workplace One Prestigious Speaker At A Time

“We’re seeing the workplace change more rapidly than ever before,” said Beverley Le Cuirot, Founder and Principal of WellBeing At Work and Organiser of The Future of Work.je. “The introduction of flexible working hours for employees, as well as the possibility of remote working for all has given the corporate world the freedom to completely re-design the concept of the working week.”

Beverley continued, “Studies have been conducted which finally provide the insights we need to create a more efficient, happier workplace. Which is why we have been busy behind the scenes researching the people who are transforming the way we view business management in this decade – and I am delighted they have agreed to join us for the conference.”

Among the prominent guest speakers will be Metro Bank’s Chris Brindley, practising doctor and renowned author Dr. John Briffa, and Head of Customer Insight & Futures with the BT Global Services Innovation Team, Dr. Nicola J. Millard, who along with the 6‘D’s Shaping the Future of Work, will ask the question, “Are we all about to be replaced by Robots?”.

Leading The Workforce To A Better Tomorrow

After a day of exhilarating talks and insights the audience will also get the chance to put their questions to an Expert Panel of business leaders who will discuss the changes facing us in the future of work.

The programme will wrap up at around 16:30 and the day’s events will culminate in a WellBeing Drinks Reception, sponsored by McGarragles, with an opportunity to browse the best of Health and Wellbeing at Healthhaus and Ayush Wellness Spa.
