“Dr Jimmy Scott, Health Kinesiology Founder, developed the ‘Balancing Tap’ to act like a ‘reset button’ to help return you to a more balanced and grounded state.
“Place your fingertips of one hand to the left of the top of your breast bone, tap upwards a few cms and continue tapping in an anti-clockwise circle, roughly the size of an orange, for about 30 seconds.
“The ‘BalancingTap’ can be done regularly during the day and also on a child if they are upset or feeling out of sorts.”
