In 2018 Jo Ferbrache became increasingly sober curious. She knew that enough was enough and that something had to change. She was bored of habitually drinking and drinking until she blacked out.
She refers to herself as a ‘grey area drinker’, the kind that society actively encourages to drink.
In order to stop she embarked on a charity challenge, one year without alcohol and she raised over £15,000 for charity. She is now the leading champion for the mindful drinking movement in Jersey and is passionate about sharing her Sober Journey to raise awareness and help others.
She trained to become a coach as she is passionate about helping others who have an unhealthy relationship with alcohol.
Sobriety has changed Jo’s life for the better, let her help you do the same.
The Sober Programme
She offers a 12-week programme that people can do either self-guided, as a group or privately with Jo herself.
She will show you that a sober life isn’t a boring life, working on your self-esteem, confidence, and letting go of any fears you may have which are limiting you from stepping into your full potential.
Jo will also share the tools and techniques that have helped her on her own journey.
