Katherine has worked in complementary therapy since 2015.
Inspired by the positive effects of alternative therapies, she qualified in Swedish Body Massage at Highlands College in 2017. Since then Katherine has trained in many other techniques including Advanced Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Hot and Cold Stone Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Myofascial Release and Reiki.
