Aidan Kearney, BSc(Hons), PgDip, MSc, CPsychol is a BPS chartered coaching psychologist and expert in high performance thinking and behaviour. He is the founder and director of Malleable Mind, a company dedicated to helping people overcome challenges by harnessing their power for adaptive change. He works with individuals, teams and organisations in business, public sector and elite sport to enable them to reach their true potential.
Aidan is one of only a handful of people, worldwide, trained personally by Professor Steve Peters in the innovative Chimp model of performance psychology and he applies his wealth of experience and understanding of neuroscience, behaviour and psychology with clients from multi-nationals to SMEs and individuals; working with CEO and boardroom level through to front-line operations, and clients including retail giants and athletes, helping them achieve their goals.
